How do I install and configure REasy?

To install and configure REasy, follow these steps:

1. Download: Go to the App Store or Play Store and search for "REasy". Click on "Install" or "Download" to get the app. Quick links: PlayStore: bit.ly/reasydroid

2. Open the app: Once the download is complete, open the REasy app on your device.

3. Registration/Login :
- If you are a new user, you will need to create an account. Provide the required information and create a secure password.
- If you already have an account, simply log in with your login details.

4. Verification of your account: Follow the verification steps by providing your personal details (surname, first name, telephone number, ID card or passport). After this, you will receive an SMS containing a code that you must enter in the application to confirm your registration.

5. Top up your account and benefit from our services

You're now ready to use REasy to pay your suppliers in China quickly, securely and at the best rates!

How do I top up my REasy account?

To fund your REasy account, here are your options:

1. Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money :
  Go to the "Recharge" section of the app.
  Choose "Orange Money" or "Mobile Money".
Enter the amount to be added (up to 500,000 FCFA per transaction).
  Enter your Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money telephone number.
   Finalize with the security code received from your operator.

2. Bank transfer :
Create the transaction via "Recharge" -> "Cash" -> "Bank transfer" -> "Choose Bank".
Enter the amount and retrieve the transaction ID to be pasted on your bank transfer slip.
Make the transfer using REasy's bank details and the transfer reference provided (please mention it on the bank transfer slip).

3. Bank deposit:
Create the transaction via "Recharge" -> "Cash" -> "Bank Deposit" -> "Choose Bank".
Enter the amount and retrieve the transaction ID to paste onto your bank deposit slip.
Make the deposit using REasy's bank details and the deposit reference provided (please mention it on the deposit slip).

4. In-branch cash deposit:
   Visit one of our branches and deposit money directly into your REasy account.

How do I make a payment with REasy?

Here are the four steps to making a payment on the REasy app:

If you're a new user, download the REasy app from the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device (iOS or Android). Then register and follow the KYC verification steps.
Here is the list of items you need to prepare to validate the KYC (Know Your Customer) steps on the REasy application:

Official identification (ID card, passport)
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, rental contract, location map)
Personal information (last name, first name, date of birth, address)
Active cell phone number
Valid e-mail address
Recent photo of yourself (selfie)

Collect the invoice issued by the supplier, stating the amount due in RMB (Chinese yuan).

Here are the most important items to have on the supplier invoice:

Full supplier and customer contact details, including addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.
Invoice date and unique invoice reference number.
Detailed description of goods or services supplied, including quantities, unit prices and total amounts.
Terms of payment, including due date and payment terms.
Information on applicable taxes, if any, with detailed amounts.

These elements ensure that the invoice is complete and compliant with Cameroonian accounting and tax standards.

Obtain supplier's payment details
To process payments via REasy, it is essential to have the supplier's payment details. Currently, the REasy application accepts three different payment methods:
Alipay
Information required for this type of payment:
AliPay ID
Qr Code Alipay or Wechat Pay

Wechat
Information required for this type of payment:
WeChat ID
Qr Code Wechat Pay

Chinese Bank Account (RMB) Information required for this type of payment:
Full name
Account number

Top up your REasy account
To top up your REasy account, you can choose from a variety of methods: mobile payment services (Orange, MTN), bank transfers, or cash deposits at a REasy branch or one of the REasy bank accounts, following the instructions on the app.

You can now pay your supplier in total security.

No, it is not necessary for the supplier to have a REasy account to receive funds. The REasy system allows funds to be sent directly to Alipay, Wechat and bank accounts without the need for a REasy account.

How long does it take for the money to become available to the beneficiary?

The availability of funds to the beneficiary may vary between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the amount of the transaction, the hours of operation and the availability of the necessary funds.

What is the transaction limit?

The transaction limit on REasy is flexible. Transactions are unlimited as long as they are justified and comply with current regulations. It is important, however, to provide proof of the source of funds for each transaction to ensure transparency and compliance with financial standards.

What to do when the application isn't available on a customer's app store?

When the application is not available on a customer's App Store, it is due to geographical restrictions. To solve this problem, customers can follow these steps to adjust their iCloud geolocation settings:

1. open *Settings* on your Apple device.
2. click on your name at the top of the screen to access your iCloud account.
3. select *iTunes & App Store*.
4. press *Apple ID* at the top of the screen, then *Show Apple ID*.
5. click on *Country/Region* and choose the country where the application is available (in this case, perhaps China or another country if necessary).
6. follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and make your changes.

After adjusting these settings, the customer should be able to search for and download the REasy application from the App Store.
