Why you need support to change your phone number

To protect your account from unauthorized access, REasy does not allow direct phone number changes through the app. If your phone number changes, you must contact our support team.

How to recover your account with a new number

1. Contact REasy support via WhatsApp
2. Explain that your phone number has changed
3. Complete a quick identity check to confirm you are the rightful account owner
4. Our team will update your phone number manually

What we require

To confirm your identity, we will ask you to redo the KYC verification process. This helps us ensure your new number is linked to the correct profile and keeps your account secure.

Once verified, your new phone number will be connected to your REasy account, and you will be able to log in again and resume all activity.
