How to Top Up via Bank Transfer or Deposit

You can easily fund your REasy account using a bank transfer or a direct deposit in XAF
This method is secure and ideal if you prefer to use your bank instead of MTN or Orange mobile money

Steps to top up using bank transfer or deposit

1. Open the REasy app
2. Go to the Top Up section
3. Select Bank Transfer or Deposit as your method
4. You will see several REasy bank account options
5. Choose the bank that works best for you
6. Copy the reference code provided on the screen
7. Transfer or deposit the amount in XAF using your banking app or at a bank branch
8. Upload your payment proof in the app using the reference code
   You can upload it right after payment or come back to do it later

Make sure the proof is clear and shows the full transaction
If the image is not clear your top up will be marked as an error and you will need to upload a new proof

Once your proof is reviewed and confirmed by our team your REasy account will be credited

What happens next

Once your account is funded you can send RMB directly to your supplier in China
This method is simple and flexible for anyone who prefers to use their bank for payments
