How to Reset Your Password

If you forgot your REasy password or are having trouble logging in, you can reset it in a few simple steps.

When to reset your password

You should reset your password if:

• You forgot your current password
• You think someone else may have access to your account
• You want to improve your account security

How to reset your password

1. Open the REasy app
2. Tap on "Forgot Password" at the login screen
3. Enter the phone number linked to your account
4. You will receive a verification code by SMS
5. Enter the code, then set a new password

Make sure your new password is strong and secure. Use at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers.
