Important notes

  • The bank account must be a commercial account in Mainland China
  • The bank account holder’s name must exactly match the registered business name in Latin characters
  • If any incorrect details are entered the payment will fail and be refunded
  • The invoice should match the business transaction

When will the money arrive

Bank transfers to Chinese commercial bank accounts are generally processed quickly
However the exact time depends on the supplier’s bank and possible regulatory checks in China

In most cases the funds are credited within a few working days
For larger amounts or first time payments additional verification by the bank may take more time
